Returns and Refund Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA).

Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging. This includes packing inserts, internal packaging and accessories. Quality Coating will determine payment of shipping cost upon examination of returned goods. Customer will pay shipping costs due to improperly package products.

All returned products are subject to 20% restocking charge.

Quality Coating Company make no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. User is responsible for determining whether the Quality Coating Company products are fit for a particular purpose and suitable for a user’s method of application. Please remember that many factors can affect the use and performance of our products in a particular application. The product selection and conditions in which it is expected to perform are among the many factors that can affect the use and performance of any of our products. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of one of our products, most of which are uniquely within the user’s knowledge and control, it is essential that the user evaluate our product to determine whether it is fit for a particlar purpose and suitable for the user’s application.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability

If one of our products is proved to be defective, the exclusive remedy, at our option, shall be to refund the purchase price of or to replace the defective product. Quality Coating shall not otherwise be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, and liability.
