Purchase Order Requirements

Written purchase orders must include the following information and be placed on line.

• Product part number with quantity and price
• Special packaging requirements (Pallet type and size) regular or heat treated pallets.
• Taxable status
• Preferred shipper with account number
• Payment method

Return Policy

Refunds and returns approved at the sole discretion of the company on an individual basis. Plese review our refund and return policy.

Special Orders

Written request is required for samples. Special orders for nonstandard coatings and nonstandard products may require payment upon receipt of purchase order. Regular product listings may be cancelled any time prior to shipment.

Common Carriers

Most common carriers are available for daily shipments.

Collect and third parlty billing only-no prepaid and add freight terms.

Continental states only.

Canada and all other destinations by regulation.

Daily pickups by package carriers.
